History in the Pie Making
Heppy’s Pie Lady, Corrine Weir, began creating pies in 1991.

Heppy was a nickname given to her father, Earl Weir. Corrine attributes a lot of her success to the strong character and sense of humour she inherited from Heppy.

Corrine’s French Acadian mother, Yvonne, is well known for her incredible cuisine. With great pride and pleasure -Yvonne’s treasured recipes-mother and daughter have worked together to create and perfect a variety of homemade meat and pot pies.

Corrine’s mother also passed on some very valuable advice: If the food is good, they’ll always come back!
